Police forces found yesterday a car bomb ready to be detonated, parked near a home affairs office in Al-Aziziya north of Wassit province. A security source said “The car had been dismantled by the specialised unit before detonation without any casualties in the process”. The source added “the car was prepared to be detonated during the funeral of martyrs of the car bombe which exploded the day before in the same town killing and injuring 42 civilians”
