 Buratha News Agency (BNA) – Thur 8th Feb 2007 A Kuwaiti journalist said that the meeting between Iraqi vice president Dr Tariq Al-Hashimi with Prince of Kuwait was not successful as planned by Al-Hashimi, due to the differences in the views of both parties on the Iraqi Situation.
Al-Hashimi has been trying to persuade the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sobah to support the efforts of the Sunnis against Shia in Iraq. He demanded Kuwait to join other Gulf States pressures to promote and increase the Sunnis influence in the political arena in Iraq. Dr Al-Hashimi also warned Emir of Kuwait from the Iranian support to the Shia.
Sheikh Sabah AL-Jaber objected to this vision as unrealistic, and added Kuwait can not take such steps in this direction. Sheikh Al_Sobah expressed his views frankly in a press meeting with British Times newspaper saying “ The Shia in Iraq did not follow Iraq and most of them are Arab”.

AL-Hashmi and his group invaded Kuwait in 1990 and killed Kuwaitis , destroyed their country and now asking them for terror help.

I would like to say to al-Hashimi< first where were you whan Saddam was killing shea everyday, second, you should speak now what is good of all Iraqis including Christians and kurds, third, everybody you support Sunnis only and that to include(sadamists, Wahabis,Ba`athists, takfiris,al-qaeda), fourth,all your crimes in Diyala province and your cabinate support for them will be revealed to the world,,.... and will see what you will say about it.,fifth, to me you are as criminal as Saddam,.
